Inclusions & Notes (for your proposal)

Suggested inclusions (you can adapt for your agency):

  • 2 nights accommodation in Manila (incl. breakfast)
  • 2 nights accommodation in Boracay (incl. breakfast)
  • Domestic flight Manila ↔ Boracay (or Manila → Caticlan → Manila) – or specify “to be arranged” depending on availability.
  • Transfers on arrival/departure and between airport ↔ hotel ↔ port ↔ resort.
  • Half-day Manila city tour on Day 1.
  • Island-hopping / water-activity tour in Boracay (Day 3).
  • All applicable local taxes, entrance fees.
  • Travel support / local representative.

Exclusions / to be informed to clients:

  • International air-fares to/from Philippines.
  • Visa / travel insurance (if needed).
  • Meals other than breakfast (or as per your package).
  • Optional activities (to be booked separately) and personal expenses.
  • Peak period surcharges, if any.
  • Port/terminal/boat/airport local fees (some islands charge extra) — you might want to check current local fees.

Key tips for your agency to emphasize:

  • Transfer logistics to Boracay: after arrival at Caticlan (or Kalibo) there is usually a short boat ride and land transfer to the resort.
  • There may be local “environment / terminal” fees on Boracay — inform clients.
  • Even though the package is short (5 days), pick realistic pace: 1 night Manila gives clients a taste of city, then 2 nights in Boracay gives some relaxation and beach time.
  • If clients prefer ultra-leisure, you could offer 1 night Manila + 3 nights Boracay (and adjust price) so they spend more beach time.
  • Book early for resorts in Boracay because it’s popular and transfers/rooms fill up fast.

This will help clients visualise the “beach paradise” part and make the package more appealing.
